"Prayer is the medium of  Miracles. It is a means of communication of the created with the  Creator. Through prayer love is received, and through miracles love is expressed." - A Course in Miracles

The work of Miracle Healing Arts is founded in prayer and sacred guidance. All methods are filtered through a divine intention to truly be who you are, reach your highest potential as a Spiritual Human Being, and let go of blocks to this divine potential.

Energy Tune-Up and Energy Self Care for Daily Well Being

This Energy Tune-Up is a quick pick me up that you can do anytime in the day. Start your day with an energy tune-up, use it for a quick rejuvenation, or end your day with an energy tune-up. It gives you a feeling of increased well being through releasing stress, balancing blocked energy, and aligning you with your optimal vitality.

1. Cross Crawl for Enhanced Energy and Brain Stimulation.

Begin the energy tune-up by doing several cross crawls.   A cross crawl can be done standing, sitting, or lying down. Breathe in and raise the right arm above the head while bending the left knee to raise the leg.  Re-pattern by turning the head towards raised arm. Then exhale and straighten the head as the arm and left leg come down. Repeat with left arm and right leg, turning head toward the raised left arm. Do this exercise 12 times on the right and twelve times on the left.

The Cross Crawl is an excellent exercise to reconnect the energy circuits of your body. It clears away unbalanced and static energy, and helps you regain a sense of focus and centeredness. Use as a daily exercise, before or after a stressful event, to help with learning issues, and to help with left and right brain integration. The cross crawl exaggerates normal walking movements - the opposite arm and leg moving together as if marching. Cross crawl can be done standing, sitting, or lying down. If unable to exert normal strength, lift the opposite hands and feet alternately, tensing the muscles of the opposing arm and leg pairs, and have someone else lift the opposite arm and leg.

Cross Crawl activates the brain for:

  • Improved binocular (both eyes, together) vision

  • Improved left/right coordination

  • Enhanced breathing and stamina

  • Greater coordination and spatial awareness

  • Enhanced hearing and vision

  • This is a an ideal warm up for all
