Energy Tune-Up and Energy Self Care for Daily Well Being

 

5.  Stimulate Your Lymph System!

Vigorously rub your hands along the side of the outer thighs from the hip to the knee. This area most likely will be tender. These are the lymphatic glands. When stimulated it will create a greater feeling of energy and well being.

            Energy Tune - Up for Daily Self Care

         * Energy Tune Up to be used with clients or self care.

         * Can be done in about 10 minutes for a quick pick me up.

 

  1. Begin the Energy Tune - Up by doing several cross crawls, lifting the right leg with the left arm. You can do this exercise walking, jumping, slow or fast. The cross crawl brings the right and left hemisphere into balance and creates a clear circuit in the energy fields.

 

  1. Run the energy from your pubic bone to the lower lip- Zip Up!

 

  1. Thump on the thymus gland - the area of the chest that the fictitious character, Tarzan, uses as well - to increase strength. The thymus gland assists in overall vital energy and increases brain activity. Also good for waking oneself up if feeling sleepy, unfocused, and unclear in any way.

 

  1. Rub Lymphatic Glands  in the Chest area. Move hands about 4 inches outside of the clavicle and three inches down to Kidney 27 point. This point will assist in bringing energy into the body.

 

  1. Rub Kidney points in the back of the body, put hands on waist, fingers pointing toward abdomen, and thumbs pointing toward the back. Where the thumbs rest is usually where the kidney point is. If it is tender to the touch then it needs releasing. Use bending exercise - forward and backward to increase the effectiveness of this point release.

 

  1. Vigorously rub hands along the side of the outer thighs - from the hip to the knee. These are lymphatic points for the Gall Bladder and are often very tender. You can use your knuckles for a deeper release.

 

  1. Run the energy from your head down to the feet, and back, in a sweeping motion. Work with appropriate affirmation.

 

  1. Deeply hold the point in the middle of the foot, Kidney 1, known as an emergency revival point. This point helps bring in the vital force and also helps ground displaced energy.

 

  1. Bring energy from the earth, scooping it up, and bathing the entire energy field. Then release it to the heavens.

 

  1. Zip - Up - bring the energy from the pubic bone and the tail bone. Zip yourself up in a bubble of healing, white, protective light.
