Para,
meaning divine; Shakti, meaning energy or power.
Parashakti
is the
study of accessing divine energy for the healing and
alignment
of
the body, mind, and spirit.
Within the center of the heart
is our innermost core where our vital energy flows. This sacred energy
nourishes the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of our
being. Through the course of one’s life there is a deep identification
with the changing nature of life. Throughout
all changes one is affected by the experiences of good or bad, and the
memory of life’s occurrences are held within the body/mind makeup.
This memory chisels away at our vital core often leading one to live a
life of sorrow and deep sadness. Eventually our vital force begins to
breakdown leading to imbalances physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Renewal of this vital energy is 'essential' to well being and is
responsible for the maintenance of health and well being on all levels.
When the Vital Force flows without hindrance
throughout the
energetic channels the healing and balancing of the body, mind, and
spirit takes place.
The revitalization process
begins when we look honestly and deeply at what the stress is teaching.
The essence of life is pure grace leading us to understand the gifts of
outer challenges and tests. When the gifts or lessons can be extracted
from life’s experiences, the energy flows through and is not
retained in memories that are unresolved. Seeing the grace of spirit and
learning the lessons of the soul allows one to live in the moment. In
this freedom the body/mind makeup has the vitality to face the challenge
of life without the encumbrance of the past.
Lessons are learned by surrendering to your divine nature
realizing the purpose of this life is to evolve in the love and truth of
divine consciousness. One can begin this journey of soul development
through observation of the personality nature (or ego).
Your witness consciousness is the true essence of your truth and
has the great skill of observation This takes place moment to moment
with a quiet mind. It becomes a learning opportunity for the mind to
inquire and understand the meaning of the challenge.
The healing process begins when the mind and emotions become
still within. Through this art of listening we meet our innermost self
in its true perfection.
